Our Palo Santo is eco-sourced from Peru and collected from naturally fallen trees, so you can enjoy the wood without harming the environment.  To use it, simply light one end, allow it to burn briefly, then gently blow out the flame and let the fragrant smoke fill your space.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your product please contact us at info@gypsophilaessentials.com and we will get back to you in 24 hrs and do our best to assure your satisfaction.

 

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@gypsophilaessentials.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds 

If the return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

 

Cancelations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. A refund will be issued minus 2.9% + $0.30 to cover  processing fees.
