Cold Process Soap - Turmeric, Orange & Patchouli

The citrus of the orange integrates and complements the sweet, woody and intense aroma of the patchouli.

Mixture of essential oils : Orange and Patchouli

 

Ingredients: Water, Olive oil, Coconut oil, RSPO certificated Palm oil, Sweet almond oil, Mango butter, Turmeric Root Powder, Essential oils blend, Orange slice dried for decoration

 

How to Use: We recommend to use a soap dish or soap bag to extend the lifespan of the product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of your purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to gypsophila.essentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds 

If the return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned Sale items are FINAL sale.

Cancelations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. A refund will be issued minus 2.9% + $0.30 to cover  processing fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we always recommend to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business day days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created. 

Once the package leaves our shop, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email or text message.
